We have been recruiting, developing and promoting staff for many years and have spent a lot of time and effort developing the enviable training culture we have today.
To become a live-in carer you need to ask yourself the following questions; Are you passionate about care? About supporting and enhancing the lives of others? Are you able to listen, empathise, show understanding, even in the most challenging of circumstances? Do you have a sunny disposition that will bring a smile to others?
If so, these are the very building blocks required of a live-in carer that make a real difference to the lives of our service users.

Each successful application undergoes extensive background checks, which includes enhanced DBS checks and three satisfactory references from previous employers prior to any formal job offer.
You will be regularly supervised and observed delivering care in the homes of our service users by a senior member of the team. We will always ask the service user’s permission in advance if we plan to undertake an observation in the home.
Doing the supervisions allows us to monitor the quality of care and support that our service users are receiving. In addition it is also to see if there are any training requirements for our carers. We greatly appreciate our service user’s cooperation in helping us to maintain and improve upon the standards of service we deliver.
